On Saturday, the 1st April 2023, Lamgong HSS staff engaged in a professional program that focused on instituting an anti-bullying mechanism in schools. The program aimed to promote a violence-free environment in schools and was adapted from ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐๐„๐Œ๐€.

The program was presented by Rinzin Wangdi and Sangay Tenzin (School Counsellor).The program covered several crucial areas, including an overview of The PEMA and its mission, anti-bullying guidelines, strategic implementation of anti-bullying measures, and standard operating procedures. The information shared during the program was informative and highlighted the need for such mechanisms in schools. It was a valuable opportunity for both teachers and the administrators to learn about the detrimental effects of bullying and ways to prevent it.
